Recently, the epidemic has continued to spread both domestically and internationally, with an increase in personnel mobility and gatherings during the National Day holiday, increasing the risk of epidemic transmission. In order to better ensure a healthy, safe, and peaceful holiday for the general public, the Office of the Municipal Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control has issued a reminder for the safe and orderly flow of personnel during the National Day holiday to prevent the epidemic:
1、 Advocate for the general public to celebrate holidays in Shanghai, not to leave or leave Shanghai unless necessary, minimize cross city travel, avoid going to counties (cities, districts, banners) where the epidemic is high, medium, and low risk areas and static management areas are located, and not go to the cities where the aforementioned areas are located unless necessary.
2、 If it is necessary to travel outside Shanghai, please understand the risk level and prevention and control policies of the destination in advance, pay attention to personal protection during the journey, strictly prevent travel risks, and cooperate with the local implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures. If you travel across provinces and cities by plane, train, long-distance bus and other means of transportation, you need to hold a negative certificate of Nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
3、 All personnel returning to Shanghai should accurately and thoroughly fill in relevant information through the "Service for Personnel Returning to Shanghai" mini program along with the application before arriving in Shanghai; When arriving in Shanghai, cooperate and carry out the "landing inspection" in accordance with relevant regulations; Nucleic acid test shall be carried out within 24 hours after arriving in Shanghai, and independent health monitoring shall be strengthened to reduce unnecessary crowd gathering activities. Personnel from high-risk areas of the domestic epidemic and those implementing static management measures should temporarily suspend their visits to Shanghai and return to Shanghai until the risk level in the area is reduced to low risk or static management measures are lifted before returning to Shanghai.
4、 Individuals who have a history of staying in areas with high, medium, and low risk of the domestic epidemic, areas where county-level or above governments have announced the implementation of static management measures, and key areas of concern in our city within 7 days should report to their local village committee and unit (or hotel) as soon as possible and no more than 12 hours after arriving in Shanghai, and cooperate with corresponding health management measures such as isolation observation, health monitoring, and "three days and two tests".
5、 Please continue to support and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work, bearing in mind the "three piece set" and "five requirements", regularly test nucleic acid, wear masks when going out, actively cooperate with temperature and code testing, nucleic acid testing, scanning "place code" and other prevention and control measures, do not gather or gather, try to avoid popular scenic spots, and cooperate with flow restrictions, appointments, and staggered travel. If symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), and diarrhea occur, strict personal protection measures should be taken and immediate medical attention should be sought at the nearest fever clinic.
National Day is a rare small and long holiday. Please arrange your work and life in advance, effectively take personal protective measures, wear masks scientifically, reduce gatherings, pay attention to safety, and prevent food waste.
